BYKKO Serv

BYKKO Serv is a professional service tool for authorised BYKKO technicians to configure, manage and maintain BYKKO smart bike lock devices via Bluetooth. The app provides direct device discovery and connections, over‑the‑air firmware updates, diagnostics and credential management so technicians can complete repairs and deployments more quickly on site. BYKKO Serv centralises settings such as network parameters, IDs and RFID registration while offering battery and history logs that help troubleshoot issues before they escalate. Note that the app is intended for authorised service staff and requires a valid BYKKO Serv account to use.
