Enki

Enki is a smart-home app that centralizes control of lights, alarms, shutters, thermostats and more into a single interface, and it can be paired with an optional Enki Box to widen compatibility across technologies. If you want to automate daily routines, receive alerts while away, or monitor energy use by room, Enki offers scenes, remote notifications and device grouping to make management simple and consistent. It’s useful for households with devices from different brands because the platform links them together so your thermostat, blinds, cameras and heating can interact without juggling multiple apps.

Key Features

⭐ Centralized control of smart devices from one app, including lights, alarms, shutters, thermostats and cameras.

⭐ Enki Box support for multiple protocols (Zigbee, EnOcean, 433 DiO, Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi) to expand compatible hardware.

⭐ Scene and automation creation so you can trigger multiple actions with a single command: wake up, leave home, or go to bed.

⭐ Remote alerts and a logbook that centralize notifications and event history while you’re away.

⭐ Energy monitoring with compatible plugs and heating modules to track consumption and optimize comfort.

Advantages

✅ Brings devices from different brands into one cohesive interface for easier daily management.

✅ Extended device ecosystem when paired with the Enki Box, supporting several wireless standards and protocols.

✅ Simple scene builder makes routine automation accessible without advanced setup or programming.

✅ Continuous updates add new compatible products, helping protect your investment over time.

Disadvantages

❎ Full compatibility across non‑Wi‑Fi technologies requires purchasing the Enki Box in addition to the app.

❎ Some devices or brands may not be supported immediately and rely on periodic app updates to be added.

❎ Advanced integrations can depend on the capabilities exposed by third‑party devices rather than the app itself.

Development Team

Enki is developed by Leroy Merlin, a home improvement retailer that also produces the Enki Box and offers in‑store support for the smart‑home range. The team focuses on broad device compatibility and practical home scenarios, and staff can advise customers on choosing the right products and configurations for their needs.
