App works great! It is super helpful for knowing where the sun is going to be at any given place or time. Wish I would have gotten this app sooner. I recomend checking out Outdoor Photography's series on YouTube that explains how to use different parts of the app. I wouldn't try to learn the app on your own as it can have a steep learning curve.

Very useful tool that is extremely capable, and saves so much valuable time, just had a reply from developer after sending feedback, the issue I had is to be dealt with in the next update, fantastic service, many thanks for an excellent response, very happy to give 5 stars in light of this, again my thanks to the photopills team.

This is probably one of the best apps I've ever had. The things that it does to help you take amazing pictures is incredible. At first, it may seem daunting to learn. But, there are so many YouTube videos that they have that make it easy. And, there's a manual that you can read. If you're not using it to take shots of the sun, the moon, the Milky Way, anything in the sky really, you're missing out. Highly recommended by me.

I only use a fraction of what this app is capable of, but I adore how it tells me when golden hour is. I think I once had my phone set to the wrong time zone, which messed me up, but the app even adapts for the time change. At first I was so confused as to how one day golden hour was at 5:15 and the next day it was 4:15. That's why I was so glad I checked the app, though, because I hadn't thought of the time change and would have been scheduling photos in the dark.

An excellent app to help your photography. You can place a pin on a map, angle it towards what you want to photograph, and then advance or rewind the time flow chart to see what angle the sun will be at each hour, where the moon will be, the best time for the Golden or Blue hour - you name it. Worth picking up.

I am not a seasoned photographer but would like to attempt more astrophotography. I have read many of the comments, both good and bad and what helped in my decision to purchase the app was the developers attention to the comments. Questions were answered and nothing seemed to out of place. Great job... wish all developers did this. As far as the app, seems great and ALOT of tutorials on youtube by the developer. Can't wait to post my pics...
