First time using the app. The GPS was off by half a block, which led to the twitterpation of the clerk of a very crowded bookshop. But once I contacted Camkins and was directed to the right place I was thrilled with their kindness, efficiency and friendly demeanor. We stored the luggage for over two weeks and it was well worth it to gain the room in our rental car. They took care of it well plus we browsed the shop for an hour trying to justify a purchase from their tempting inventory.

Excellent experience from booking the slot online to dropping the bags off. Bounce made it super easy with great communication. We used the one near Buckingham Palace, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely use again.

Used the location at 237 W 3rd in Austin, a barber shop. App was easy to use. I originally picked the wrong location and cancellation / rebooking was easy. The people at the shop were friendly and helpful. It was a very convenient way to stash our stuff and enjoy the day before an evening flight.

The service itself is great! The app is a little bit sluggish while loading locations, and would benefit from some performance testing. Still very usable though, and a better experience than the web client.

In a sudden bind to store pieces of luggage, I discovered Bounce and was very happy with the service. The secure dry shelved storage room was located in a business close to the Barcelona waterfront. We needed to shed luggage for an excursion, and so reverse engineered a location which would be great for pickup upon our return to a shipping dock nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, assuring us very important pieces which included drone cameras and computers would be safe....and they were!
