Products that are out of stock in the store does not reflect in the app so when you order an item that have no option of choosing a alternative, they keep your money for 5-10 days. Definitely not a good experience with this application

The app is terrible. They run out of products every minute and you only find out once you have paid. It is definitely not ASAP, you will wait for an hour, especially on weekends. The drivers are rude and in two occasions, my ice cream was melted when I received it.

Delivery guys are really great! The app is unreliable. Support is of no help at all. I contacted support to point out that the app doesnt sync properly: the delivery time changes every 30 minutes. This happens EVERY time I use the app. Support emailed me that my order history shows that the items were delivered and my ticket has been closed. Im DONE with this app! My order was accepted at 14:10 today, its 19:11 and still no delivery. The app has gone back to "we're preparing your order"

When registering I already decided this is not for me. I made sure that I fill in the OTP correct but got an error message that it is the wrong OTP. From there I could do nothing and got a prompt that I must contact Asap to resolve. If a simple thing like registering your account is not even working then I doubt the rest of the app will be worth my while. If I feel like jumping hoops I will join circus. Good bye.
