Only does US date formats. Really confusing for the rest of the world, a problem of localisation that was largely addressed in the 1970s. Also just created two trips that vanished while I was editing them. Fix your broken aging IT! Still an issue, so still one star. Also no "report a bug" feature in the app. You can't add hotel accommodation as the name field I'd read only. Android reports this app crashing daily.

Mixed. You need to look at your app when you simple put travel emails into the inbox within the app because, on my Samsung S9+, it is impossible to read the emails because they won't scroll up or down so i can only see the first page of any email you put in my inbox. My phone is running the latest Android.

What happened? It used to work so well. Now it doesn't recognise my accommodation confirmation and can't identify my flight.

I installed it as a trial to see if it could be the main travel app in my smartphone but it can't. It is not reliable as it doesn't recognize precisely information we insert. It shows the emails we forwarded but it doesn't recognize most of the emails. Consequently trips' informations are incomplete and some trips are not even there. Some flights reservations were recognized as a whole flight although we were flying just a leg (for example Bogota is a stop in a longer flight to Los Angeles and although I will stay in Bogota this app is showing I am going all the way to LA)

Easiest trip app to use. Emailed my airline reservations and it automatically created my trip. Added additional detail items with ease.

I kinda like the app for myself...but the share feature doesn't always work which is frustrating. Also, if I enter an address manually, the address actually changes no matter how many times I edit, or delete and re-enter it! Very frustrating. No sure if the app is worth the trouble to create an itinerary if the info is then changed upon saving.
