After the maintenance last week, I cannot use the heal or EN items at the battle tower. :( It's been more than a week now. Have lost so many chances in the tower due to unable to use items. Is there any way you can give compensation? :( I really love this game. Am a hardcore Gundam fan; and this game is a dream. :(

game used to crash sometimes.. it now crashes ALL the time since the latest update (22-Jun'22). it crashes in "orders", "gifts", "arena".. even when idling at the home page. it definitely isn't a phone or network issue.. it's either the app or the game server's issue.

Wow if a game could get from bad to worse, this is one. 2 weeks ago after your patch, the game got loading issues. It freezes and it frequent restarts. It's next to unplayable now. Congrats, Bandai. I wish I can give you 0 stars but Google ratings lowest is 1.

This game was fun in the beginning, but along the way become not playable.>.< the reason can't playable is the Recovery unit is killing the game (especially Gundam Balbatros Lupus recovery type where all the skill is recovery), the healing rate is more than the damage it self. Also the New Nu Gundam where can Noneification of the damage timer is also killing the game, is 10 sec or more and they can cast it again and make the whole battle is 0 damage at all. The game become nightmare, so better if you see balbatros lupus recovery or new nu gundam then stop there and bye2 to the game unless you have it to (come with money thought to have it and only during the special event). i'm an old player (comes to 2 years now) and all my investment on the old gundam type become useless even-though you level it at the max level and can't compete with the new introduced gundam, please make the game fun again. if this one is not been address then sorry to say i will quite this game and better to do some other game and spend time to more useful game and i'm not recommended this game to other to play, please stay away if this still happen.

The story never gets updated, the game crashes occassionally, and the loading is too long... The updates mainly focuses on adding stupidly OP units that will become obsolete in several updates later rather than actually address and fix the game's crucial problems... This game WAS fun but now it is just a cash-grab

I rather like it, I'm just sad that I can't assemble the black tri-stars on account of not being able to use multiples of the same unit. The game slows down the longer I play, and play time can get very long due to the extensive load times.
