Velvet Forge

Velvet Forge is an early-access 18+ sandbox for Android that gives players creative control to build characters, stage scenes, and craft interactive stories instead of consuming a library of pre-made content. The app centers on character customization, environment design, lighting and props, and a simple Edit Mode / Play Mode workflow so creators can prototype, play and iterate on scenes on a mobile device. Users can save scenarios, export and import JSON scene files, and try experimental procedural alignment and interactions while the project continues to evolve under active development.
