In HEAD CLEANER players follow Anna, an awkward young trans woman who becomes entangled with Ghell, a parasitic slime character that challenges her sense of self and perspective on embodiment. The game delivers a focused, script-driven experience suited to those seeking a short, story-centered visual novel.

Development Team

Air Gong and the Cutie Collective present HEAD CLEANER, written, backgrounded, and programmed by Crystal DeForest, with sprites, event CGs, and title artwork by ROSENYMPH. Music contributions came from Kyou System and Avoset (used with permission), ambient room sound was provided by Froey, and proofreading and playtesting were done by Nikki and Alexandra Ferm (Alexandra IDV). The project was built using Ren'Py with staging enhancement and shader packs by Stella (MakeVisualNovels) and was produced without the use of generative AI.
