DO NOT BUY THIS APP. It keeps getting renewed without your permission and then they deny if you want to cancel it. There is literally no way you could cancel the subscription through the app. This is a complete fraud from their end. I am going to take this legally after this. Before you ask me to mail you, I've already done that and I am not happy that I've been charged 1000 without my knowledge. From the help faq, if you go to manage subscriptions you still don't find an option to cancel.

Tried the app with a free gold trial, i was not happy with the content and the subsciption rates are high. There is no option to cancel the subscription, they will not even inform you about the renewal and will take money from your account. As i couldnt find a cancel option in the app I sent an Email requesting to cancel the subscription on the subscription eding date. Later i got a reply that the subscription has cancelled . But they charged my credit card and my subscription is now renewed.

CANNOT UNSUBSCRIBE emails: I tried dozens of times to unsubscribe all their emails through both their email link and website. Although my applications for unsubscription was confirmed successful everytime, I still continue to receive their promotion almost everyday. It is extremely frustrating. So, beware and avoid them if you will also be annoyed by unsolicited emails.

Coming to app- Very unresponsive app. Even after downloading the content keep on loading it. Other things are fine. If you are not able to read what's the use of other features. Content- As per the catalog you will get the feel that they have lots of content. But most of the contents are outdated. Even I saw 2018 magazine they are showing with no new issues. For existing subscription new issues comes very late. Sometime a month late. Not worth spending. I bought the GOLD subscription.

The collection of magazines is just perhaps the best. Although I am still a fan of paper magazines, through Magzter, I was able to read through numerous others which I never would have thought of buying. Technical snags could be there occasionally like I wasn't able to login for almost a week a month ago . So reduced one star.
