Very worst experience with customer support. I recharged, payment was successful but coins not added. I am trying to get help from customer support since three days, they are just sending one response each day with useless information. I also mailed to support, but no response from there also. If anyone is recharging in app, please be ready for the loss of amount

I am a member of this app since last 3 years and was enjoying the app very much lately. But I am shocked to see that since last few days there are few streamers here who are continuously using all foul language and are using vulgar DP of other streamers on their live. The senders of particular steamers named ROSH which is through agency of VIVEK and agency named CHALLENGER who is live from 1 am to 5 am uses all abusive and foul words for other streamer. Pls take necessary action

Update: I STILL can't cashout. I've sent numerous emails with zero response. I've reached out to customer support with zero help. "We'll consider this" is just not good enough. How much considering do you have to do for payout options like PayPal or skrill?? Other apps do it no problem. I'll give it 5 stars when I'm finally able to cashout **** This app would be great IF the payout options included paypal or skrill. I literally can't cashout so will not be using the app until I'm able to do so.

DO NOT INSTALL! SCAM! If I could put negative stars I would. This is essentially a dead app, trying to scam people to keep making money. They recruited a group of streamers on IG, knowing we'd bring gifters. Then once we'd been there a month they charged my top gifters 50 dollars for nothing, used AI bots to talk to us and gain info, then sold it, among other things. The only people on the app that are making money sell "content" if you het my meaning. Its otherwise a con! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
